What problems will we encounter in the process of processing terminal wire?

1. PIN is removed from the terminal when penetrating the rubber shell;

2. The state of tin on or connected to the wire;

3. The tension after crimping is not up to standard;

4. The label is not pasted;

5. How to test the coating of terminals;

6. How to test the tension of the double-voltage terminal;

The solutions to the above problems are as follows:

1. Only one pull action is required to insert the hole. Make the snap on the end line clip on the rubber shell. When pulling back, you can obviously feel the resistance, so that there will be no problem of PIN disconnection.

2. Once the wire is stained with tin, it may cause PVC to shrink due to heat. In this case, we should choose temperature-resistant PVC and control the tin dipping time not to be too long. When soldering, dip the soldering wire again, and gently pull the two wires to both sides to avoid further soldering.

3. If the tension of the harness cannot be reached, the reasons can be found from the following aspects: whether the crimping range of terminals and wires is appropriate; Design of blade material and structure; Terminal material, etc.

4. If the label is not sticky, we should not touch the adhesive surface directly with our hands, first stick it on clean metal, and then stick it on the line one by one.

5. It can be used for salt spray test.

6. Double-voltage terminals shall be tested for the tensile force of a single wire. The test method is the same as that of a single wire terminal.
